NCR Form (Digital Printing)

NCR Paper

NCR paper provides duplicates when written or typed on without the use of carbon. Each sheet in a single set is a different color to make it easy to differentiate between copies. It's better for the environment than carbon copy paper and makes record keeping easy.

We offer 2, 3, or 4 parts with NCR paper, depending on how many copies you need in each set.

• 2 Parts Forms come in White / Canary
• 3 Part Forms come in White / Canary / Pink
• 4 Part Forms come in White / Canary / Pink / Gold
• 5 Part Forms come in White / Green / Canary / Pink / Gold

Color

NCR Forms come in 10 different inking options.

Please note:
In order to reproduce Pantone colors, we will use ink of that specific color. Pantone colors in your file must be specified as the Pantone color you desire. Do not convert the Pantone color to CMYK. While many Pantone colors can be reproduced using blends of CMYK inks, this approach is only available when you order 4-Color Offset or Digital. This is because our 1 & 2 color presses have a maximum of two ink stations.

While many colors can be built as a blend of other colors (for example, red and yellow combined create orange), our 1 & 2 Color printing requires that your files specify that you want orange (Pantone #165) and not a mix of red and yellow.

We get rave reviews for our 1 & 2 Color printing. Following the guidelines above will make it easy for you to get what you want. If you don't know the Pantone color equivalent for the color you want, you can find a Pantone sample book at most art and design stores.

• 1/0 Black ink on the front; no printing on the back
• 1/0 Custom PMS color on the front; no printing on the back
• 1/1 Black ink on front and back
• 1/1 Custom PMS color on the front and black ink on back
• 2/0 Black ink & custom PMS color on the front; no printing on the back
• 2/0 2 custom PMS colors on the front
• 2/1 Black ink & 1 custom PMS color on the front; black ink on the back
• 2/1 Black ink & 1 custom PMS color on the front; 1 custom PMS color on the back
• 2/2 Black ink & 1 custom PMS color on both the front and back
• 2/2 2 custom PMS colors on both the front and the back

Numbering

You have 3 options for numbering:

• No Numbering
• Red Numbering
• Black Numbering

Be sure to specify in your files where on the page you would like numbering. We do not have a default numbering placement

Explanation of Turnaround Time

Turnaround times begin when the proof is approved. All times are based on standard business days Monday through Friday excluding federal holidays. Please note that turnaround time does not include shipping or mailing time. You may select from available production turnaround times and your preferred shipping time as you place your order.

Same Day Turnaround

If you order a proof (Online PDF or Hard Copy Proof), your turnaround time begins as soon as you approve your proof in our system. If you order "No Proof, Run As Is" (only recommended if you are certain you want us to print what you sent as is), your turnaround time begins as soon as your order begins the imposition process. Once your order is in imposition, you should receive an email with your estimated order completion date (does not include shipping or mailing).

Guidelines

Files must be uploaded before the cut off time, which is 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time. If you request a proof, you must approve your proof by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Time your order is produced for turnaround time to begin.

A. Same Day Shipped Orders
Orders will ship the same business day if you follow the guidelines.

B. Same Day Will Call Orders
Orders will be ready the same business day for pick up at Will Call after 5:00 p.m. if you follow the guidelines.

Files uploaded after the cut off time will be processed the following business day.

Next Day Turnaround

Padding

Padding means the gluing of multiple pieces of paper stacked together on a single edge, as typically seen with pads of paper.
